  • Returns

    Return Eligibility:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items should be free of stains, odors, or any other signs of wear. Final sale items (discounted by 50% or more) are not eligible for return.

    Non-Refundable:
    Men's Physique Shorts are not eligible for a refund, only exchange or store credit. *Any purchases made from 16/09/2024 onwards
    Delivery fees, rewards points, and discount codes are non-refundable.

    Refunds:
    Refunds are available only for first-time customers on their first purchase. Subsequent returns will receive store credit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may incur a return fee.

    Store Credit:
    All orders are eligible for store credit, valid for 3 years. Store credits and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

    Size Exchanges:
    Size exchanges are available for all orders, subject to stock availability. Only one exchange is allowed per order; further returns will receive store credit only.

    Return Process:
    Ensure your return is processed via email and provide proof of shipment. Free return labels are available for select locations; otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
