Return Policy Overview:

At Vision Attire, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, you have the option to return them to us. Returns can be made within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the items meet our return requirements outlined below.

Return Requirements:

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Cleanliness: Items should be free of any perfume, body odor, deodorant marks, or washing powder residue.

• Appearance: There should be no make-up stains, tan marks on the returned items.

• Final Sale Items: Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Please note that Vision Attire is not liable for any returns that are not processed via our email. Additionally, we require proof of shipment, such as a tracking number, for any returns.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

• Men's Physique Shorts are not eligible for a refund, only exchange or store credit. 
  *Any purchases made from 16/09/2024 onwards 

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Rewards points and discount codes used on the original purchase are non-refundable and will be forfeited if items are returned.

Refunds:

• Eligibility: Refunds are only available to first-time customers for their first purchase. Subsequent returns will be eligible for store credit only.

• Return Fee: A return fee will apply to all refunds, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used.

• Buy Now, Pay Later: If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later platform, the refund will be processed according to the platform's policies.

Store Credit:

• All orders* are eligible for a return for store credit, which is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

• Store credits and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Size Exchanges:

• All orders* are eligible for a size exchange. However, only one exchange is allowed per order. If you return an exchange order, it will be eligible for store credit only.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Your exchange will be processed once your return is in transit unless you choose an instant exchange.

Return Labels:

• Vision Attire offers free return labels to selected locations for store credit and exchanges only. If your location does not qualify for a free return label, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
