We've written this the way we'd explain it in a DM, because that's where it usually gets explained.

Shipping

Getting it to you

Australia

Australia Post, tracked. Free over $150. Standard is 3–5 business days, express is 2–3, both counted from dispatch.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship from Sydney.

International

Australia Post for most of the world. New Zealand is usually 5–10 business days, the UK and Europe 10–18, most other places 10–21.

The United States goes with FedEx after too many things going missing with standard post. It costs more and that's reflected at checkout.

Duties and import charges are yours, not ours — they vary by country and we can't predict them.

No shopfront, no pick-up. We're online only. If you're after stockists, we're working on getting standard stock into gyms and supplement stores — it'll be listed here when it's live.

Returns

Ready-made items

  • Return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Get in touch first and tell us what's wrong, then send it back.
  • You pay the return postage on a wrong size or a change of mind.
  • We refund the product price once we've confirmed it's unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
  • Original postage and return postage aren't refunded on a wrong size or change of mind.
  • Faulty or incorrectly supplied items get the appropriate remedy, including reasonable postage where it applies.
Exchanges. Same process. Most people who send something back for the wrong size order the right one straight away, because they still need shorts for their show — tell us and we'll get the replacement moving rather than making you wait on the refund.
Nothing here reduces your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, those rights apply regardless of the above.

Returns

Custom orders

Custom shorts are made to your spec, in your colours, in your size. Once they're made, we can't sell them to anyone else.

So: change anything you like right up until you approve your mockup. That's what the mockup step is for, and nothing goes into production before it.

Once you've approved it and production has started, a custom order can't be cancelled or returned for change of mind or the wrong size.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply. If it turns up faulty or it isn't what you approved, that's on us and we'll fix it.

  1. You order

    Half up front. Full spec captured.

  2. We send a mockup

    Within two business days. Change whatever you want at this point.

  3. You approve

    Balance charged automatically. Production starts. Spec is locked from here.

  4. It ships

    Tracked, with the same shipping options as everything else.

Payment

How you can pay

Custom orders are 50/50. Half at checkout and the other half charged automatically once you've approved your mockup, before manufacturing starts. Any extras you add are split the same way.
Afterpay and Klarna aren't the deposit. They pay us in full up front and you pay them back — that's a separate thing to our 50/50 split, and you can use both together.
